United Aviate Academy - Open House Event Page

Event Schedule:

8:45 a.m.: Arrival at Security Desk and Check-In

9:00 a.m.: Campus Tour Begins

Special Notes:

• A government-issued ID and proper footwear are required to tour (No open-toe shoes, please).
• Guest Limit: To ensure a personalized experience, please bring no more than 2 guests.
• Discovery Flights are not available at this time.
• We recommend bringing a water bottle with you to stay hydrated.

United Aviate Academy Swag Shop: To help ensure the items you want are available, we recommend placing your order before your visit. While we cannot guarantee on-site or day-of-visit purchases, we are happy to prepare pre-orders placed at least three business days (Monday–Friday) in advance, so they're ready and waiting for pickup when you arrive.

We're excited to host you and share an inside look at our campus, training environment, and commitment to developing the next generation of United pilots.
